Concrete slabs

Basic structural element of the industrial flooring system. They are divided into seamless concrete slabs reinforced with steel fibres with special Permaban technology-treated construction joints, and standard concrete slabs with cut contraction joints, reinforced with steel inserts, wire, or propylene fibres.

Filling surfaces

Cement mixtures containing sorted hard fillers based on sintered oxides, special cements, and compatible chemical ingredients. They are used - depending on the load and operational conditions - to build a permanent and variously resistant surface of concrete monolithic floors. The material is applied after the concrete has been treated with repeated smoothing. A highly-resistant and smooth, naturally anti-skid surface is formed. Such a treading layer provides an increased resistance against abrasion and oil-penetration.

Coatings

Thin-layer dust-free surface finishes based on epoxy (Epotec®) or polyurethane (GH® 231), with a limited service life as to abrasion. Suitable for less stressed areas. Realization of two or more layers with a thickness of up to 1 mm.

Compounds

Surface finish of a concrete with an increased mechanical and chemical resistance, highly attractive appearance, and easy application. They are divided into the cement (Isocrete®), epoxy (Epotec®) and polyurethane (GH® 231) compounds..

Mechanically smooth surfaces Acrile®

Special four-component mixture developed for extremely difficult operational conditions. Also suitable for reconstructing existing foundations in facilities that no longer conform to use conditions and do not have adequate parameters. Possibility to re-profile height irregularities of 15 – 50 mm.

Poured screeds (anhydrite)

Self-levelling mixtures with a filling fraction of 0-4 mm. The resulting screed is of a homogenous and firm structure with a flat, smooth surface. Suitable for offices and residential buildings.
