EPOTEC QS

Epotec QS is a universal compound epoxy seamless system with a thickness of 3 – 4 mm. With silica sands and their mixtures, it is possible to construct a highly aesthetic floor of high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, long durability, health safety, and comfort. Mechanical strength greatly exceeds the strength of structural concrete. For practical reasons, an ideal surface is slightly grained, easy to wash, highly wear-resistant. It suppresses minor aesthetic losses of the floor (e.g. when scraped by cars/trucks, etc.). The floor is water-tight but enables diffusion of water vapours.

Epotec QS is a system designed to provide an aesthetically valuable surface finish to a floor, which is at the same time mechanically and chemically resistant and easy to clean.

Certifikáty

The Epotec QS material meets the requirements specified in Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll. The material has been tested and certified by competent authorities. A Certificate issued by an Authorized Body confirms the quality of the material. Products placed on the market are compliant with the technical specifications.

The following documents concerning Epotec QS are available:

• Certificate in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended, and Article 5 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation 312/2005 Coll.
• Product Certification Report in accordance with Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products, as amended, and Article 5 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll.
• Construction Technical Certificate in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and amendment of certain acts, as amended, and Article 2 and 3 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation 312/2005 Coll.
• Measurements and assessments of the natural radionuclide content in building materials on the basis of Act 18/1997 Coll., as subsequently amended pursuant to Article 6, Letter 6. This activity is set forth in detail in Decree 307/2002 Coll., Annex 10, Chart 1, 2, 3.
• Test Reports in compliance with the following standards: ČSN EN 1015–11, ČSN 731324, ČSN 732577, ČSN 736242
• Tests of fire technical characteristics in compliance with the following standards: ČSN EN 13501–1, ČSN EN ISO 9239–1, ČSN EN ISO 11925–2, ČSN EN 730810
