FLOWFRESH

Flowfresh is a polyurethane compound designed to ensure maximum hygiene at all types of facilities. It forms a crystalline grid, whose structure eliminates the sediment of microorganisms in the flooring and their possible growth. Microorganisms do not sediment and grow on the surface. The new-generation biocide destroys bacteria on a long-term basis. It blocks the ATP enzyme during the reaction of chains splitting into amino acids (blocks the molecule), stops the release of all organism metabolisms, which is followed by an exhaustion of the organism and its necrosis. Organisms destroyed by Flowfresh release the consumed biocide particles, which provide subsequent protection. For the entire service life, microbial substances are neither absorbed nor diffused.

Use

Flowfresh is a flooring material with a highly tough surface and excellent chemical resistance, designed to be used in wet as well as dry processing facilities, such as:

• food production (meat and poultry processing, fish processing, bakeries, ready-made meals production sites, production of fruit juices and sodas, fruit and vegetable processing)
• cooling and freezing rooms

Certificates

Flowfresh meets the requirements specified in Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll. The material has been tested and certified by competent authorities. A Certificate issued by an Authorized Body confirms the quality of the material. Products placed on the market are compliant with the technical specifications.

• Certificate in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended, and Article 5 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation 312/2005 Coll.
• Product Certification Report in accordance with Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products, as amended, and Article 5 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll.
• Construction Technical Certificate in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Act 22/1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and amendment of certain acts, as amended, and Article 2 and 3 of Government Regulation 163/2002 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation 312/2005 Coll.
• Measurements and assessments of the natural radionuclide content in building materials on the basis on Act 18/1997 Coll., as subsequently amended pursuant to Article 6, Letter 6. This activity is set forth in detail in Decree 307/2002 Coll., Annex 10, Chart 1, 2, 3.
