Mechanically smoothed fibre reinforced concrete

This is the most cost-effective variant of floors with extremely high productivity and utility value for a wide range of buildings and combinations of load parameters. Steel fibre reinforced concrete is used wherever it is necessary to have concrete with high durability, load-bearing capacity, and strength.
The floors are reinforced with a welded steel net, whose dimensions depend on the specified load, or they are reinforced with steel fibres - fibre-reinforcement – applied in m³.
The steel fibres in concrete fulfil the following main functions: elimination of contracting cracks on the surface, impact-resistance of the floor, increased compression and tensile strength, increased dynamic-load resistance of the edges of the expansion joints.

Surface abrasion resistance is optionally increased with a mineral filling.
