Monile® is an exceptionally high-quality flooring of high premium technical parameters, suitable for the reconstruction of existing surfaces and for constructing new flooring systems. Reconstruction technology enables the restoration of floors with large defects (fissures, cracks, pot-holes, and height irregularities).
The following documents concerning Monile® are available:
A basic anti-skid finish in several surface variants depending on the selected foundation technology and the filling fraction used.
Monile flooring with a lower filling fraction and aggregate, final surface finish with a significantly smoother surface structure, without protective varnish or other final coating and penetration systems.
Surface finish with a water-soluble epoxy varnish, offering the best aesthetic look, the simplest maintenance and an almost smooth surface finish with a guaranteed anti-skid quality.
The flooring surface consists of a thin-layer compound epoxy solvent-free resin containing fine silica sands.
Surface with strong anti-skid qualities, to be used for external ramps, loading down platforms, etc.
Final surface finish applied with a heavy duty epoxy varnish for chemically stressed structures.
The solution and design of dilatation units follows the existing grid of the foundation expansion joints and the position of active joints and cracks. It is also possible, while constructing the new structure of the floor, to lead the expansions through the concrete slab and Monile® (using diamond technology and following the grid of the modular network of the building). Finally, the character of the structure under construction is taken into consideration. This technology eliminates cracks in the floor surface thanks to the precise covering of expansions in the concrete slab and in the upper synthetic floor Monile®.
Owing to the fact that the thickness of **Monile® **is 10 mm or more, the floor is able to distribute the load and transfer it to the concrete slab on a significantly smaller scale, so that the slab carries a much smaller load than the floor surface. This huge advantage leads to a significantly higher service life of the floor and to a successful reconstruction of even those concretes whose strength equals 15 – 20 MPa
