ACRILE® 300

Acrile® 300 is a special three-component industrial flooring of high premium technical parameters, developed for extremely difficult operational conditions. It is especially suitable for the reconstruction of old foundations in facilities that no longer fit the original purpose and do not have adequate parameters. It is a mechanically processed flooring system with an average thickness of 20 mm. The Acrile® 300 material was developed on the grounds of experience and the needs of various industrial branches and types of facilities as an ideal flooring system based on acrylic copolymers (solvent-free) modified with a hydraulic binding agent. There are vast possibilities of use for this technology. Basically all industry branches, from the automotive, electrical, and food industry to heavy manufacturing offer wide uses in various technological and material variants. This technology thus provides practical answers to a number of reconstruction problems related to reconstructing floors, which are then exposed to the toughest conditions of operational load.

Use

  • foundations with fissures, cracks, wear and tear, major irregularities, damaged connections, construction joints, expansion cuts, surfaces contaminated with oils, etc.
  • reconstruction of floors related to a change in the technology used for production proceeding on the floor; use from the perspective of the facility’s character
  • mechanical engineering and automotive industry with a medium and high static and dynamic load
  • traversing trucks (fork-lift, stacking or pallet trucks – heavy dynamic as well as bending tensile load)
  • traversing personal cars, lorries or caterpillar trucks
  • special load – barrels, rings, cable coils
  • impact strength (falling objects)
  • shelf and retrieval storage areas
  • mechanical production and storage areas
  • food facilities, meat-processing plants, slaughter houses (outdoor ramps and exteriors)
  • parking garages (possibility of constructing coves)
  • breweries, distilleries, soda works
  • chemical industry

Advantages

  • high resistance to dynamic load and to the impact of heavy objects
  • high abrasion resistance
  • safe surface
  • no hygienic risks
  • oil-tightness
  • water-tightness
  • dust-free surface
  • absolutely nonflammable (flame spread index 0)
  • minimum sensitivity to climatic effects (laying even in an exterior area, e.g. outdoor storage and loading ramps)
  • very long service life if treated adequately
